Sorry it's been awhile

Well, it sure has been a little while since we've been able to sneak in and update you on our life's happenings. Mom is busy playing this game called Farmville so she monopolizes the computer quite a bit.

We hope you've had a good start to the new year. Ours has been pretty nice, until this morning. Our big brother Lucas had to go to the vet because he has a "hot spot" on the side of his face. He is wearing this silly thing that dad calls a cone, and now I (Deuce) can't go pal around with him for a few days :(.

Other than that, life's been okay. Mom brought home another cat. His name is Bob. Can't say what he looks like cuz since mom let him out of his crate he ran upstairs to hide.

Jack, Chilly and I are really enjoying life in NC. We noticed some of our friends have had a snow filled winter but we faired pretty well. It was cold enough for sweatshirts for about a week, but we're back to playing outside without any clothes. That's the way we prefer it really.

Pictured here is dad, Jack blends in against dad's shirt, but trust me he's in there, Chilly and I. We are getting treats, which is one of our favorite activities.

I'll try to get mom off the computer soon so I can squeeze in here to post a note. In the meanwhile stay well and hug your humans. They love it. Throw in a kiss and that makes their day.

Having older siblings

It was something being raised in foster care with big dogs, small dogs, girl dogs and boy dogs, girl humans, boy humans, tall humans and short humans, but when I went to this forever home I thought I would march right in and show 'em what it was all about. I'm Jack, the new kid on the block and I'm here to tell you how things are done. I get the toys, I get to chase the cats, I can chew on mom's shoes, I especially like the fuzzy slippers and oh, one last thing, I'll pee in the house if you can't get me outside fast enough. Such as life has been since I moved in until.......TONIGHT. All of a sudden, I'm minding my own business, chewing on a chair leg, cuz that's what teething pups do when we're bored and have a tooth ache, and low and behold, here comes this beautiful golden brown girl and she pounces on my back and bites my ear and whispers, "No Jack". I turn quickly around and find my older sister Chilly on my back. Where did she come from. She's usually the quiet type that lets me get awy with everything.

I'm running to mom's lap where its safe :)
